  I have complex medical prescriptions and over the counter purchases.
  Julie & Barry, as well as all the staff are more than helpful & reassuring.
  Nothing is a trouble.
  Best addition to Lake Macquarie Square.

  I get there might be occasional issues and I mainly use dispensary, but the staff couldn't be more friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. They offer help way beyond what any large pharmacy provides, despite often being extremely busy.
  
  They communicate well with doctors and have been very helpful and patient with showing me the app and other services. For things like incorrect information on scripts they are bound by law with what they can and can't do.
  
  Even if the service was terrible (which it's not) it's still way cheaper than other pharmacies. If you get lots of meds you'd probably save a few hundred over a year.

  I entered chemist warehouse to collect some essential medicine as soon as I check in & enter the store at a less busy period at 6:30PM a young blonde girl yelled out “Do you have a mask?” I replied “sorry I have a medical exemption, would you like to see?” She abruptly replied “There’s a sign out the front that says call for the supplies” to prevent me entry into the store.
  
  I felt humiliated as she acted like this in front of 2 other staff members, and other customers in the store. As soon as I paid for my items I broke down outside of the store.
  
  It’s one thing to continuously have to provide evidence of your disorder but it’s another thing to feel humiliated and denied the service of looking for the correct product/medicine because of it.

  Worst chemist is newcastle, how hard is it to dispense a script? your discount it lost by the hour wait for a scirpt. Put more staff on or get competent staff. Why can't someone pick it and have a pharmacist in the computer and handing out, not to mention they won't give me my repeats so I'm forced to go here.

  Horrible, uncaring male pharmacists. I'm sorry but I can't understand a few of the men pharmacists. I think they hate white people.
